In the morning at the bustling market place in Scotland
Emma, Annie and Patricia: [Amazed as they arrived the market entrance] Wow!
Emma: I can’t believe we’re actually in one of the infamous markets in Scotland.
Annie: This place is bustling even before 8 am.
Patricia: That’s why it’s one of the famous market places in Scotland after all.
Archibald: [Yawns while walking along with the girls from the back] Why do we have to get up this early?
Alistair: [Yawns while walking with Archibald] Exactly… You girls should have just left without us. I want to go home…
Patricia: [Stops and turns back to the boys] Boys, we told you that we’ll be going the market place to get some groceries for our stay here, haven’t we? I even told you not to stay up too late since we’re going to leave early on the next day.
Annie: That’s right; it’s your faults for not sleeping early last night. So face it.
Archibald & Alistair: [Sighs]
Emma: [Watches them being nagged by the girls and sympathises them] “Poor guys”
Annie and the others: [Turned to Emma]
Emma: Why are you guys looking at me like that?
Annie: Oh nothing.
Emma: Well I’m going to get some coffee for these sleepyheads and a latte for myself; you guys go ahead, I’ll catch up later.
Annie: Okay, call us when you’re done.
Emma: [Nodded and walks away]
Alistair: [Completely touched] Emma’s such an angel.
Archibald: [Nodded as he agreed]
Annie & Patricia: [Drags both of them away] Fine, fine, we get it! Now let's go!
At the other side of the market
Emma: [Looks around while walking along with the booths] “Our summer break has finally begun; the three of us are staying at Archie and Stair’s summer mansion by the lake for the entire summer. Before that, I even thought of flying back to America to see everyone but I didn’t have enough money for the plane tickets so I had to give up on that. I’m glad we get to spend the entire summer together and I wonder what Terry’s up to right now” [Shook as she tried not to think about him] “Why do I have to care about that ruffian, Well at least I don’t have to see his face for the entire summer” [Sees a long queue at the small coffee shop between the fruits store and the bakery]
“Why is it so crowded? This is going to take a while”
20 minutes later as Emma walks away from the crowded coffee shop and stands by the lamppost
Emma: [Gasps] I finally got the coffees and a croissant. Time to call Annie. [Takes out her handphone from her bag pack and calls Annie]
[On the other side, Annie’s phone rings]
Annie: [Takes out her handphone from her sling bag and quickly answers the call] Emma, I was about to call you. What took you so long?
Patricia and the boys: [Turn to her]
Emma: Sorry see there was a long queue at the coffee shop and I had ti wait about 20 minutes to get the boy’s coffee.
Annie: Where are you now?
Emma: I’m standing by the lamppost in front of the coffee shop, have you guys finished shopping?
Annie: Well almost; we just need to buy some bread for breakfast tomorrow.
Emma: [Sees the bakery on the right] There’s a bakery next to the coffee shop where I was lining up earlier. I’ll go and buy some.
Annie: Splendid, we’ll come to you right now; text us the location of the bakery and a picture of it into the group.
Emma: No, it’s okay; just wait for me at the cafe. It’s just right next to the main entrance of the market.
Annie: Are you sure?
Emma: You guys must be tired carrying the heavy groceries around. Besides that, the boys must be even more tired. I’ll just come to you, it’s easier that way.
Annie: [Sighs as she surrenders] Okay but be careful out there, march straight to us once you’re done and don’t talk to anyone and more importantly beware of pickpockets.
Emma: [Nodded] Okay! Okay! Noted!
Patricia: [Gossips with the boys behind Annie’s back] Annie’s more like Em’s overprotective mother.
Archibald: It's Emma we are talking about, she knows her more than any of us.
Alistair: Emma can be careless at times, which worries us the most especially Annie.

Patricia and the boys: [Nodded as they agreed]
Annie: [Turns back to Patricia and the boys for an instant with an instant and talks on the phone] Anyways just be careful out there, see you later.
Emma: Okay [Ends the call]
Annie: [Puts her phone back into her sling bag and walks away] Let’s go guys.
Patricia: [Walks along with Annie] What about Emma?
Annie: She said she’ll meet us at a cafe by the entrance. We’ll just wait for her there.

Meanwhile at Emma’s side
Emma: [Walks into the crowded bakery as she pushes the door]
Male staff: Welcome!
Emma: [Looks around the bakery]
Female staff: [Approaches Emma] Hello miss, what are you looking in particular?
Emma: [Turns to the female staff] Hmm… I’ll get two baguettes, a few croissants and two loaves of wheat bread, please.
Female staff: [Jots down Emma’s order into her notebook] Okay, I’ll go get them for you. Please proceed to the cashier for your payment.
Emma: Thanks [Walks to the queue at the cashier counter]
10 minutes later as it was Emma’s turn
Emma: [Places her bag pack in front of her chest and takes out her wallet] “It’s finally my turn”
Male cashier: [Keys-in Emma’s order and looks at the total price] That will be fifty pounds, please.
Emma: [Takes out the money from her wallets and pays to the cashier] Here.
Male cashier: [Takes the money, prints the receipt and passes it to Emma] Thank you, please wait at the side, please.

Male cashier: Next customer, please!
Emma: [Walks to the side and patiently waits for her order]
Female staff: [Quickly walks to Emma with two large packets and passes it to her] Sorry to keep you waiting, here’s your order.
Emma: [Grabs it and slowly leaves the store]
Outside of the bakery
Emma: [Quickly stands at the side and looks at the time from her wristwatch] Oh no it’s almost half-past ten. I have to hurry! [Dashes away while carrying the shopping bags]
On the other hand
Terence: [Strolling around the booths of the market while carrying the shopping bags]
Ronald: [Walking alongside with Terence] Hey Terry, thanks for the ride and even coming to the market with us.
Elenor: [Feels guilty] I’m terribly sorry for causing you so much inconvenience, young master. And even giving us a ride. How terrible of us.
Terence: It’s not a big deal, you’ve done so much for us. I’m the one who should be thanking you.
Elenor: [Bows a few times] Oh I feel so bad, young master.

Annie: No, if she doesn’t come here by eleven. I’ll send Archie and Stair to pick her up!

Patricia: [Passes the menu to Emma] Yeah you should order something.
Emma: [Flips through the menu] Everything here looks good, I don’t know what to choose.
Terence: [Stood behind Emma and grabs her shoulder] Aren’t you forgetting someone?
Archibald: [Pissed off as he sees Terence] What the hell are you doing here? Get away from her!
Emma: [Turns to Terence and lets go of Terence’s hand off of her shoulder] Stop it Arch, The thing is…well, he kind of helped me carry the groceries along the way.
Ronald: [Interrupted] Then she bumped into me!

Ronald: Buy me ice-cream then I’ll forgive you.

Ronald: [Drags Emma into the store] Let’s go!
Terence: [Sits next to Emma’s empty seat] I’ll just sit here and wait until the kid finishes his ice-cream.
Archibald: [Pissed off and tries to pick a fight with Terence] Why you!
Alistair: [Holds Archibald off] Calm down, Arch. Let’s not start a scene here or the staff will kick all of us out.
Terence: [Crosses his arms around his chest] You heard him, Archiekins

Alistair: [Sits next to Patricia] Can we have 6 glasses of still water, please.

Alistair: Let’s just forget about this drama and enjoy ourselves big time, since we’ve travelled all the way to Scotland from London. We’ve got plenty of things to do ahead of this summer.
Patricia: Let's make it the best one we’ve ever had in our lives.
Emma: [Made a fake smile] Of course! “They’re right, I’ll try not to think about him for now. Time to enjoy myself since I’m already here”
Annie: [Concerned] Emma… “She was really concerned about it after all”

Archibald: We’ll kick his ass in a flash.

Eliza: Welcome back losers, I was bored waiting for you to return the whole morning.
Archibald: What do you want, Eliza? Is it another one of your tricks again?

Eliza: Shut up! Anyways Grand aunt Elroy just arrived Scotland this morning, she demands all of you to drop by for lunch and tea tomorrow noon.
Archibald: What? Sorry, no can’t do, we have plenty of plans tomorrow.
Alistair: That’s right, we don’t have time for tea parties or so.
Eliza: Is that so? She knew you guys would say that so she said this, “If you losers don’t show up tomorrow, she’ll ground both Archie and Stair for the entire summer”

“Stair and Archie, I’ll ground both of you if you don’t come over. I’ll tell the servants to clamp Stair’s jeep, take away your credit cards and whatever things you both own. You both will be confined in your rooms for the entire summer.”
